What are the dimensions and weight including packaging of the Orbit lamp?
The dimensions of the packaging of the Orbit Floor lamp are 75 x 75 x 47 cm. The weight including packaging of the Orbit Floor is 20 kg.
The dimensions of the packaging of the Orbit Pendant lamp are 75 x 75 x 47 cm. The weight including packaging of Orbit pendant is 4 kg.
Is the Orbit a sustainable choice?
YES! The LED reached at least 50.000 burning hours. You are guaranteed to enjoy your lamp. In addition, we have all the parts to repair your lamp so you don’t have to worry about saying farewell to your lamp if something is wrong with it.

Usage
Is the Orbit lamp dimmable?
The Orbit Floor lamp has a dimmer on the fixture. The Orbit Pendant can be installed onto an external dimmer in order to adjust the light intensity.
Can I operate my Orbit lamp with for example a DALI-system?
Because the Orbit lamps have a driver inside the fixture this it not possible but we have thought of an alternative solution for this. Find out the possibilities by contacting the vendor or send an e-mail to info@tonone.com.
How can I clean my Orbit lamp?
Our advice is to clean the lamp with a damp cloth. Don’t use chemical detergents.
Can I replace the LED inside the Orbit lamp?
The LED is integrated inside the light fixture. You can’t replace this yourself. Please contact the vendor or send an e-mail to info@tonone.com.

My Orbit lamp is blinking. How do I fix this?
We’re sorry to hear this. It’s possible that (for example by other devices) too much power is required from the electrical group. Turn off the other devices and see if the lamp stops blinking. Another possibility is that there’s a failure in the power grid. We recommend having these checks carried out by an electrician.
I have a problem with my Orbit lamp. What can I do?
