Cafe Sphères | Zürich
In 1999, restaurant café Sphères opened it doors in an old porcelain warehouse with the aim of providing three things that were lacking in the neighborhood: a bar, a bookstore and a stage for events. Nothing more, nothing less.
While Zürich West has changed a lot over the years, the simple concept – bar, book, stage – and the pleasure with which café Sphères is run has remained unchanged.
With the recent renovation, carried out by lighting design agency Sector 4, the Tonone Beads design lamps have found their place in the bar and bookstore. This provides visitors with a flexible light source for reading and socialising.
