Order


How do I place an order?

Select the desired product. Choose the desired color and any installation option(s). Click on the black button “in shopping cart”. The shopping cart will appear and the product will have been added. You will see the following message on your screen: product has been added to your shopping cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or to pay. Check the overview of your order. Is everything correct? Continue with the ordering process. 

Here you can enter the shipping information. Choose to log in or to continue without creating an account. Then click on “continue”.

On this page you will find an overview of the complete order. Check the data and the order and adjust if needed. Select the desired payment method. You can choose from: IDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal and bank transfer. Click on the orange button “submit” to complete the order. Your order is now placed and you have entered into a payment obligation with Tonone.
After completing the payment, the purchase agreement between you and Tonone is final. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of changes.
If the order is already on its way to you, you can return the product to us after receipt. Keep in mind that the return costs are to be paid by you.

My order is damaged?

That is not good news. You can refuse the package so that it is returned with DHL. Then contact us. If you have already received the package, you can contact us via info@tonone.com or call by telephone on 085-7821333. We will ask you to send a photo of the damage. We will contact you as soon as possible for a solution.

I have not received an order confirmation?

With every order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within a few minutes. You will usually receive the order confirmation with delivery date on the next working day. We check the delivery date after placing the order and therefore do not send an automatic order confirmation with delivery date. If you have not received the order confirmation, please contact us.

I have not received a track and trace code?

After the order has been processed and prepared, it is given to DHL. As soon as your order has been scanned, you will receive a track and trace code from DHL.

Can I place a business order?

Of course you can also place an order through your company. After receiving the order, you will receive the invoice at the billing address you provided. However, we may require a certain amount in advance payment from you. If you want to order for your business on invoice, please contact us.

I am looking for a Tonone point of sale?
