Returns


It may happen that you want to return an order. No problem! Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel or return your order for up to 14 days after receipt without stating any reason.

Return product

1. Fill in the return form and mail it to our customer service - info@tonone.com.  
2. Also state the order number and your details.
3. Use the original Tonone box to pack the lamp securely.

Send return

You can send the return to us via a DHL service point or another postal location. Make sure that the correct return address is on the package.

As soon as we have received your return shipment in good order, we will send you an email.

Return conditions

After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. The cost of returning the order, from you to Tonone, are at your own expense.  Consult the carrier's website for exact rates.
If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to Tonone with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@tonone.com.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, if the product has already been returned in good order.
If the returned product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to test the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.

Exchanging the product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact info@tonone.com for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
