Is the Beads a sustainable choice?
YES! The LED reached at least 50.000 burning hours. You are guaranteed to enjoy your lamp. In addition, we have all the parts to repair your lamp so you don’t have to worry about saying farewell to your lamp if something is wrong with it.
The Beads lamp is "Dim-to-Warm". What does that mean?
Dim-to-warm means that you can adjust not only the light intensity but also the light color of the lamp from cool white (3000K) to warm white (2100K) simultaneously.
The Beads lamp has an integrated driver. What does a driver do?
An LED driver, also known as a transformer, ensures that the main voltage is converted into a low voltage. This guarantees the correct voltage for the LED lamp.
Is the Beads lamp dimmable?
Yes, all models are dimmable. The lamps with a powerplug have the dimmer on the light fixture. The lamps that are installed directly on the power network can be dimmed with an external (HEP LED) dimmer. Click below to download a list with approved dimmers. If you have any doubts it’s also possible to order a dimmer from Tonone. Please contact the vendor or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I operate my Beads lamp with for example a DALI-system?
Because the Beads lamps have a driver inside the fixture this it not possible but we have thought of an alternative solution for this. Find out the possibilities by contacting the vendor or send an e-mail to email@example.com.
Our advice is to clean the lamp with a damp cloth. Don’t use chemical detergents.
Can I replace the LED of the Beads lamp?
The LED is integrated inside the light fixture. You can’t replace this yourself. Please contact the vendor or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My Beads lamp is blinking. How do I fix this?
We’re sorry to hear this. It’s possible that (for example by other devices) too much power is required from the electrical group. Turn off the other devices and see if the lamp stops blinking. Another possibility is that there’s a failure in the power grid. We recommend having these checks carried out by an electrician. It might also be possible that the dimmer you’re using is not suitable for the Beads lamp.
My Beads lamp is shutting off on its own. What can I do?
The Beads lamp has a thermal protection inside. This prevents the lamp from overheating by switching itself off in time. Once the lamp has cooled down, you can switch it on again. Avoid overheating of the lamp by using an approved dimmer.
