What are the dimension and weight including packaging of the Ella lamp?

The dimensions of the packaging are 80 x 46 x 59 cm. The weight including packaging is 10 kg.

Is the Ella lamp a sustainable choice?

YES! All parts are recyclable. Furthermore, we start assembling a product after receiving the order so we don’t need a warehouse. Finally, we possess all parts to repair or restore your lamp so you don’t need to worry about saying farewell to your lamp when there’s something wrong.


Usage

Is the Ella lamp dimmable?

The light intensity can be adjusted with the dimmer on the power cord.

How does the dimmer of the Ella lamp work?

You can turn the lamp on and off by pressing the dimmer shortly (tap it). To adjust the light intensity you press the dimmer longer until you reach the required light intensity.

Can I operate my Bella with for example a DALI-system?

We advise you to contact an electrician because this product has a dimmer on the wiring which is not suitable for these systems.

How can I clean the Ella lamp?

Our advice is to clean the lamp with a damp cloth. Don’t use chemical detergents.


Service

There are air bubbles in the glass shade of my Ella lamp. Is this normal?

This is possible. The glass shade is hand blown. This is a true craft that cannot be compared to machine-made products. Every lampshade is unique!

The glass shade of my Ella lamp is damaged. Can I order this separately?

It’s possible to order a new glass lampshade for your Atlas. We kindly ask you to contact the vendor or send an e-mail to info@tonone.com. 

I have a problem with my Ella lamp. What can I do?
